The Ceremony

The Anchor Hotel is licensed to hold civil marriage ceremonies throughout the year and two beautifully ornate suites are available every day of the week. Our wood paneled Disraeli Hall is able to accommodate up to 70 guests for such a ceremony and our Oliver room holds up to 40. Please note that you only hire the venue for civil weddings, arrangements for the actual wedding should be made directly with the Registrar.

Wedding Reception The variety of rooms available enables us to cater for intimate groups of 10, to more lavish parties of up to 130. Our special wedding package has been designed to make your decisions and budgeting easy, with no hidden cost. At the same time it can be custom made to suit your individual requirements and make your day that little bit more unique.
